Current public wording

How much does TASKENZA charge?

TASKENZA deducts a platform commission from each completed contract; the service provider keeps the remainder. The current commission rate and your estimated net payout are shown on this page and on every contract before you accept it.

When is the service provider paid?

Funds are held in Stripe-backed escrow when the customer funds the contract, and released to the service provider after the customer approves the completed work (or an agreed milestone). Payouts go to the provider's connected Stripe account.

Is there an activation fee?

Some accounts pay a one-time activation fee before they can post jobs or submit proposals. Where it applies, the amount and any GST are shown at checkout before you pay.

Is GST included in the fees?

Where TASKENZA is registered for GST, applicable GST is shown separately on invoices and receipts, which you can download from the contract once a payment is released.

What happens if I'm not satisfied with the work?

Customers can raise a dispute or request a refund from the contract workspace. Funds remain held in escrow until the issue is resolved.
