How do I contact support?
Use the Contact Us page to send a message to the TASKENZA support team. You can also find answers in the Help Centre and on the policy pages.
How do I reset my password?
On the login page, choose “Forgot password” and follow the link emailed to you to set a new password.
How do I close my account?
You can request account closure from Settings. There is a grace period before personal data is removed, and you can cancel the closure during that window.
Where can I see the fees?
The Fees page shows the current platform commission, the payout split, and any activation fee that applies.
